Can I return an item I purchased on Fishpond.com?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of the item being delivered, provided it is in new, resalable condition. Items can be returned after the 30 day period in compliance with the relevant consumer legislation if the item is faulty or damaged.

We do not accept change of mind returns for opened or used:

  • Perfumes, cosmetics, CDs, DVDs, games or software, headsets, earphones or massage products (unless the goods are faulty)

We do not accept change of mind returns for:

  • Earrings, pierced jewellery, clothing, swimwear, underwear, shoes
  • Personal pleasure items (sex toys)

Most items can be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of the item being delivered, provided it is in new, resalable condition.

Once we receive your return, we will provide a refund less shipping charges and a restocking fee of $5 minimum or 17% of the value paid for the product.

You can choose to have your refund paid out by credit card refund or Fishpond credit to use on your next purchase.
