Jemma Wilson started baking professionally with her own Brick Lane market stall in 2006, which has turned into her hugely successful company Crumbs and Doilies. She loves to get creative, and her challenges have included baking four giant cupcakes for a Harry Potter movie launch, each decorated in the style of a Hogwarts house!
